Download the rar file(Only kilobytes) and proceed as instructed..
Copy MGXDatabasePlugin.rsc to "C:\Resource\" and 101ffcd2.txt to "C:\private\10202be9\", then reboot phone. Now Music Player will look for new songs in "E:\sounds\" only and Media Gallery will look for photos and vids in "E:\images\" and "E:\videos\" only. Both will be much faster.
Also, when you choose the ringtone for a profile, you will see music files from "E:\sounds\simple\" only, instead of ALL your music files.
Tested on N95 8gb, N95-1, N82 and other S60 3rd Edition Devices.. Here's the link..
